Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pose Ready, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our app.

2. Description of Service

Pose Ready is a mobile application that provides:

• A library of photography poses for various occasions
• AI-powered pose coaching and feedback
• Premium features including advanced camera settings and unlimited AI sessions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscription & Payments

Pose Ready offers both free and premium features:

• Free: Full pose library and one AI coaching session
• Premium (one-time): Full pose library plus camera settings and premium poses
• Premium Plus (subscription): Everything in Premium plus unlimited AI coaching

Premium products are purchased through in-app purchases via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscription terms (price, billing cycle) are displayed at the time of purchase.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of photos you upload for AI coaching. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process the content to provide our AI services
• Store the content as part of your conversion history
• Use anonymized data to improve our services

You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or circumvent security measures
• Share your account or subscription with others
• Use automated tools to access our services
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Spam or distribute malicious content

7. Intellectual Property

The app, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Bindal Infotech and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our app without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOUR USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR PREMIUM SERVICES IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pose Ready and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new terms in the app. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
