Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Pose Ready ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by Karan Bindal (Bindal Infotech), Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. This policy explains what we collect when you use the Pose Ready apps for iOS and Android, the web app at poseready.com/app, and this website, and what we do with it.

2. Information we collect

• Account information: your email address and name if you sign up with email, Google or Apple. If you browse as a guest, we create an anonymous account with no personal details.
• Photos you upload for AI coaching, and the coaching feedback written for them.
• Favorites: the poses you save.
• Purchases: which plan you bought and the store's purchase record, so we can confirm it with Apple or Google.
• Usage and device data: app interactions and device/OS/app version through Google Firebase Analytics, and crash reports through Firebase Crashlytics. We also count, per pose, how often it is shown and opened. Those counts are anonymous totals with no user attached.

3. How we use it

• To run your account, sync favorites and coaching history across your devices, and unlock what you purchased.
• To write AI coaching for the photos you upload.
• To understand which poses people find useful and to fix crashes and bugs.
• To prevent fraud and abuse (for example, misuse of the free coaching session).

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show third-party ads.

4. AI coaching and your photos

When you ask for coaching, your photo is sent to Google's Gemini API, on our paid plan, only to write your feedback. Under those terms Google does not use your photos to train its models, and neither do we. Your photo and feedback are then stored in your private account so you can see your coaching history. AI feedback can be imperfect; use your own judgement.

5. Where data is stored and how long we keep it

Data is stored with Google Firebase (Google Cloud), which may process it outside your country, including in India and the United States, with encryption in transit and at rest. We keep your account data, photos and coaching history until you delete your account. Crash and analytics data are kept for Firebase's standard retention periods.

6. Service providers

• Google Firebase: sign-in, database, file storage, server functions, analytics and crash reporting.
• Google Gemini API: AI coaching.
• Apple App Store and Google Play: payments. We never see your card details.
• Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple, if you choose them.

7. Deleting your account and your rights

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Delete account. This permanently erases your account, photos, coaching history and favorites. If you can't use the app, email hello@poseready.com from your account email (or use our support form, topic "Delete my data"), and we will delete it within 30 days.

You can also ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it, by emailing the same address. Subscriptions are managed in your App Store or Google Play settings; deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription.

8. Children

Pose Ready is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date above.
